Common questions

How much does a session cost?

Individual sessions are $160 each. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available for those who qualify, so ask about this on your consultation call.

Is therapy covered by my insurance?

Many extended health plans in Ontario cover services from a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). I provide a receipt after each session that you can submit for reimbursement. Check with your provider to confirm your coverage.

Are sessions online?

Yes. All sessions are virtual, by secure video or phone, for anyone located in Ontario.

When are sessions available?

Most weekdays, including evenings.

How do I pay?

Payment details are provided when you book your first session through the client portal.

What happens on the free consultation?

It's a relaxed 15-minute phone or video call. You can share a little about what's bringing you to therapy, ask about my approach, and decide whether you'd like to book a session. You don't have to commit to anything.
